Whole Wheat Waffles



1 C. Whole Wheat flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 rounded tsp. Baking Powder
1 C. Milk
1/4 C. Oil
2 Eggs

Beat mixture together until there are no lumps. Then cook in a hot waffle Iron. Serve with Butter and Syrup, or Fresh Fruit and whipped cream.
