Tortilla Soup


Tortilla Soup
1 1/2 pound chicken, cooked & shredded
1 14oz can stewed tomatoes
1 14 oz can green enchilada sauce
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 pkg 10 oz frozen corn
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can 4 oz diced green chiles
1 can 14.5 oz chicken broth
2 cups water
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf (optional)

The best part dump it all in your crock pot and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.

Top it off with cheese, chips, sour cream -- so yummy!!!!
