2 Cups Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh Ginger
4-6 Chicken Breast
Steam in a covered pan with chicken breasts on medium heat for 1/2 hour. Reduce heat to low and simmer an additional 1/2 hour uncovered to thicken the sauce. Serve over warm rice.
