Brown Sugar Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon-lime soda
2/3 cup vinegar
3 cloves smashed and chopped garlic
2 T soy sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper

Place Chicken in a crockpot. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix together then pour over chicken in crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours. Serve over rice with sauce.

Anything with brown sugar in it has to taste good! Looks like I have a weekend dinner winner :).
